Working software in week one.
No long discovery phase. We ship a rough working version in the first sprint so you can see the direction before you've spent the full budget. Course-correct early, not at the demo.
You own everything.
Code in your repo, domain on your account, analytics under your login. We hand over a runbook so your team can operate it without us. Optional retainer if you want us to keep building.
